Lotta fun racing Whiskey Basin this weekend. A couple weeks ago I ruptured a Bakers cyst (I didn’t t know I had) and wanted to test it to see if maybe I could run a shorter distance at Cocodona, but that’s a nope 😢

Still very excited to be around the race supporting RF athletes and hanging up on Mingus for a bit with and
on Tuesday.

Back to uphill exercise and bike riding in the meantime - it’s also garden season and I’ve got weeds to pick and flowers to enjoy. 🌸💐🌻

10 years of coaching and owning the RunFastah biz!

My entire life I wanted to work in sports and it’s truly a dream come true. It’s my full time job and I’m grateful for every athlete that shares their time with me and trusts me with their training and guidance.

I primarily coach middle and back of the pack ultramarathon athletes. On the competitive side I’ve coached athletes to USATF National Championships, podiums and winners of UTMB events, and most recently an athlete onto Team USA for the Backyard Championships.

Here’s to another ten years 🥂

If they’re wearing that shirt, good chance you’ll end up handing them cheese quesadillas at 3am in the middle of the woods 🌯🧀

Definitely not speaking from experience

Road, trail or maybe just sit back down and have another coffee?

Which one are you choosing?

This is what it’s all about. Athletes coming together for big fun, big miles and even bigger memories to take back home before tackling in about a month.

Everyone absolutely crushed it at our third annual Camp Coco training camp putting all the work they’ve done these last few months into practice. Even the smallest race strategy can make all the difference in a multi-day race environment.

Major shoutout to for coming aboard this year, making sure every athlete had breakfast + coffee ready to go each morning and a hot meal to come back to while hanging out back at camp. Every athlete also received a special swag bag with some cool Cocodona goodies packed inside.

See y’all in about a month!
