When you lose muscle, you lose strength and your metabolism slows down and your body starts to look soft. Don’t sacrifice losing muscle to weigh less.

Many of you get scared when setting big goals and ask only for what you think you can get, not what you really want to achieve. This is a huge mistake because puny goals are not motivating What you want is motivate.
It’s crucial to focus on what you want to achieve, not what you want to avoid. Be great today!!
Did you play a sport in school? What did you do? I was in track and cross country. I always wanted to be a long distance runner but am more of a sprinter.
