Fitness World has been around for over twenty + years with a clientele ranging from business professionals, medical professionals, teachers, lawyers, judges, law enforcement agents, fire-fighters, artists, musicians, clerks, care-givers, cleaning professionals, mechanics, lawn-care providers, restaurant managers, restaurant servers, wives and husbands, singles, students, and armed force/service people. The people are friendly, the Fitness World staff is friendly, and the whole general atmosphere is friendly, and the premises is kept very clean. Our "current" hours are as follows:
Mon-Friday.......... 7:00 A.M.------ 9:00 P.M. Saturday.............11:00 A.M. -------5:00 P.M. Sunday.............. 12:00 P.M.--------6:00 P.M.

Leaving this weight on the machines for the women to have to unload in the morning is low rent. Two new cameras being installed this weekend. Before you decide to do this again, decide if your membership being suspended is worth it. Because that's exactly what's going to happen. We are done unloading YOUR weights. ~Adam

Today is Corky's birthday....he is turning 29..... (again). Be on the look-out for small flying projectiles, strange sounds similar to those old people on TV who have fallen and can't get up,.... and possibly the clanking of a walker advancing quickly across the floor. I've been a part of this gym for over 25 years. I've done many different kinds of workouts. With that being said, and I think I can speak for most of our members, the least favorite exercise I've found is UNLOADING SOMEONE ELSE'S WEIGHTS! If you're strong enough to load 300 pounds of weights on a bar or machine, you better be conditioned enough to unload it. From here on out, I'm going to start posting the videos of the people loading and not unloading the equipment. This is out of hand and ridiculous. This is the only warning. ~Adam
