Update on the Gym: Unfortunately we will be unable to reopen the gym. We have come to this decision after considering increasing costs and personal workloads, recovering from ida, and other factors which we could not accommodate. We are happy to answer any questions through messenger and are more than glad to guide any of our students that haven't found a new gym to practice at in the future.
We took pride in not only teaching self defense, but making sure each person that walked through our doors grew in character and respect. We will miss those moments the most. Thank you for all of the great years.

Pan Am Larose Taekwondo Classes begin January 10th
Update on Classes: Due to the building being demolished we will be closed until further notice. That location will be rebuilt and we will see what our options are then. We will also notify here when our family Pan Am schools open again and and encourage any of our students to attend their classes. If you have any questions do not hesitate to message us. Thank you.
