Yesterday's PG tournament at Springwood Park in Burlington, NC was a day to be proud of for NCB Nation. We started pool play 2-0, holding opponents to just 1 run and earning the No. 2 seed for bracket play. We started the bracket game a little sluggish but our girls found their rhythm and drove in 4 runs to keep the game close against the Bandits. We fell short 6-4, but we couldn't be more proud of the effort and heart they showed all day. They fought from start to finish—that's all we ask for (Compete). We can't wait to get back to practice and tune things up for Aiken, SC. Thank you to the players, coaches, families, and sponsor’s for yalls love & support.
