Meet Val the newest member of the Physical Therapy team with our partners at MovementX.
Val brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for working with athletic populations of all kinds — from powerlifters and CrossFitters to triathletes. She often incorporates dry needling into her approach and believes wholeheartedly that movement and exercise are some of the most powerful tools for healing and long-term success.
Outside of the clinic, Val loves to stay active — she grew up playing sports and now enjoys participating in rec softball and volleyball leagues.
Super stoked to have her on the team. You can usually catch Val at OlyFans Barbell club.
Come hangout with the cool kids at OlyFans Barbell Club on Tuesdays , Thursdays , and Sundays at 9am!

If you’re not tracking your workouts… you’re just working out.
Not training.
Will you make progress? Sure.
Will it be as good as it could be? Not even close.
Tracking is what turns effort into direction.
Your METCON times.
Your lift numbers.
Your benchmark results.
That’s how you know if you’re actually getting better… or just sweating a lot.
Because here’s reality:
Some days, 70% feels like 90%. Totally normal.
But if your numbers are quietly trending down and you’re not tracking… you’ll miss it.
When you track, you stop guessing and start adjusting:
Sleep off?
Recovery trash?
Nutrition slipping?
Now you actually know.
