Well, itβs official - the move to NC is underway. While the goodbyes with my clients/friends in MD are difficult, I am so touched by their well-wishes and acts of kindness during this transition π.
I am looking forward to resuming training services once the move to NC is complete. Until then, keep moving forward and lifting heavy stuff ππββοΈποΈββοΈβοΈ.

It can be so frustrating. I understand the ongoing physical fatigue and overwhelming emotional paralysis of being unfit. I get it because I lived it for years - the negative self-talk, the rationalizations and fear of 'I can't," the hiding under baggy clothes, and routinely feeling defeated when the latest exercise plan or diet failed. Also, I know what it takes in order to finally move, change, transform, and maintain. Over the past years, I've lived it, studied it, and became a Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, and Senior Fitness Specialist to help others find their way.
