Shout out to a new vegetarian fresh meal delivery company in Raleigh.
My salad is very fresh and delicious! I love that they put the nuts on the side for those with allergies.
I can’t wait to try my other 2 meals tomorrow and the next day.

You are what you eat. I like to think 🤔 that I’m a green goddess. 😉
Easy Peary Green Goddess 🥗
▪️1 big handful of green goddess lettuce found in a bag a Trader Joe’s.
▪️2 TBs of precooked lentils found in the veggie cooler at Trader Joe’s
▪️1/4c roasted sweet potatoes
▪️1/4 chopped raw cauliflower
▪️1/4 pickled red onions made earlier in the week
▪️1 marinated chopped beet from Trader Joe’s
▪️1TB roasted red pepper hummus from TJ’s
▪️1 TB spoon of cotija Mexican cheese
▪️1 tsp chopped walnuts
▪️3 kalamata olives
Drizzle with a little olive oil and some of TJ’s green goddess dressing.
This must look 👀 very complicated but the salad is so easy and quick to make. It’s just a matter of opening packages and chopping a few veggies.
Ready to progress your floor plank?
Start out slow using a for a little instability core training.
🔺Keep one foot 🦶 on the ground as you bring the opposite knee to the outside of your arm.
🔻Next try raising one foot off the ground while the other rests in the TRX strap.
🔷Only progressive if you are able to hold a floor plank for at least 60 seconds.
