Shoulder lateral raises/press with exercise band: 3 x 12

Floor presses: 3 x 12

Pulsating stationary lunges: 3 x 20 per leg

We just had a great leg day here at DFYC! Here’s how quick look into how we got active today:

1. Squat w/ arm raise (warm-up): 2x12

2. 1 1/2 goblet squat: 3x10

3. Machine Donkey Kicks: 8,7,6,5,4 drop sets each leg

4. Seated leg curl: 22,12,8,22 (4 sets)

5. Calf raises: 2x25

We just had a great full body workout today! Here’s a sneak peak at how we got active:

1. Weighted Hip thrusts: 3x10

2. Lunge single-hand overhead press:
3x8 (each arm)

3.Arnold press: 3x12

4. Deadlift: 5x8

Another successful Leg day here at DFYC! We don’t show all the work we put in but here’s a sneak peak:

1. Single leg bridge w/ inverted leg openers 3x8 Each Leg

2. Weighted high knees with toe taps: 3x 30 second intervals

3. Plié squat calf raises: 3x15

4. Jump squat (20 second hold before starting exercise)
