Our 3rd Annual HOT HOT HEAT meet is just a few short days away and there are still some volunteer opportunities available if you’d like to lend a hand! Please reach out if you’re available for even just one session. We look forward to seeing you there and to watching all the lifters set new PRs! 👊🏼💪🏼

Our Women’s session is currently full but there is waitlist registration available.

If we get enough interest through the waitlist registration we’ll open up spots for a second Women’s session.

Our men’s session is about half full so don’t hesitate!

represented SO HARD today at the North American Open Series 1. She made 6 of 6 lifts, started at some of the heaviest openers she’s ever attempted, hit a couple of platform PRs and a training PR. All while being the greatest mer-shark you could ever hope to work with. Great work, Britt! You really showed up today!

Let’s send some vibes to our coaches and and athlete who are heading out to Columbus, Ohio this week. They are competing at the North American Open Series I, taking place at Festival. Let’s gooooo squad!

We had a big day at today.
made 6/6 lifts, hitting five new platform bests.
made 5/6 lifts, hitting three new platform bests.
went 6/6 at his first ever weightlifting meet, but hopefully not his last!
The team showed up and showed out today, both to compete and to cheer on our teammates. It was a great day!

The team has been working hard, and we are ready to step back on the platform at this Saturday! Let’s GOOOO!

The vibes were brought today! We had a great crew of visitors in to lift with the team, and they brought the fire and also some delicious snacks. Come back soon! We had a great time.
