Friday afternoon representing with a strong performance in round 1 of the Womens 17-18 400m. Winning her heat, advancing to the semi-finals Saturday afternoon! LET'S GO MADELYN!!!

and .adam made history being the first to compete in the National Junior Olympic Championships. They didn't disappoint! In the mens 17-18 400H, Adam ran his second fastest time of the season and placed 6 spots ahead of his seed. Cam ran a new PR 58.94 and placed 12 spots ahead of his seed. We are extremely proud of the effort and performance of Adam & Cam! We also want to thank Mike & Mike (Dad's) for their support!

had 10 athletes compete in the Russell E. Blunt East Coast Invitational on 7/21-23. Our largest team participation in any meet! We are extremely proud of all of our Athletes! Congratulations to Quinn Offenbaker placing 6th in boys 15-16 100m. Huge congratulations to our ECI Champions, winning the mens 17-18 Long Jump on Saturday and winning the womens 17-18 800m on Sunday.

Wednesday Two a day! putting in work at the track early in the morning, then hitting the weight room in the afternoon! This group of young people have really impressed with their dedication and willingness to be coached! Great job team!!

Championship Sunday at the USATF Region 3 Championships! 🥇🥇 Medal performances by .rharrison & in the 17-18 mens & womens 400m. Madelyn followed up with a 4th place finish in the 17-18 womens 200m. Chase earned🥉in the Mens 17-18 200m. earned🥉in the mens 17-18 400h running a PR time of 59.13. Congratulations to all our who competed in this meet! Huge Congratulations to our USATF Region 3 Medalists and Champions!! Back to work Monday!
