I’m stoked to be working with Simone on this collab event over at one of my favorite places - Join us this Sunday from 5-7 for Zen and Pen. I’ll guide the yoga portion filled with terrific shapes and clear instruction for all levels. Simone will guide the poetry and arts once we’ve got the creative juices flowing. See you there!
