Tramp + Tone is becoming Tramp + Sculpt—bringing trampoline movement and sculpting together in one energizing class. Catch it Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m., Thursdays at 7:00 a.m., or Thursdays at 6:15 p.m.

Prefer Sculpt on its own? DI Sculpt is on Tuesdays at 8:45 a.m. and NOW Thursdays at 10:15 a.m. Check the schedule, pick your class, and come try the refresh!

Come walk with us for a cause that touches so many of us. 💗 Danz Insanity is forming a team for the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on Saturday, October 24, at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The walk starts at 9 am and supports lifesaving breast cancer research and programs.
