I say that because you can be
♦️175lbs and have a 28-32 inch waist

or

♦️175 pounds with a 36-40 inch waist.

♦️Body composition (inches gained, inches lost)

♦️ Your weight is composed of two things fat and muscle on percentage is most important not the weight (number on the scale) itself.

♦️Higher percentage of muscle = tighter, leaner, toned

♦️Higher percentage of body fat = just sloppy

How long do I need to rest between sets?

♦️There is no right or wrong answer to this question.

♦️It depends on you the individual, the amount of load and volume.

♦️Example squats with a barbell you’re doing 225 pounds on the barbell and your goal is to do four sets of 12 to 15.

♦️1st and 2nd set are fairly easy because your legs are fresh they are not fatigued.

♦️So your rest time is shorter because you recovered faster.

♦️3rd and 4th rest time maybe longer because your legs are fatigued.

♦️Remember it’s all based on you the individual,the load and volume. ♦️

*LOAD: weight being lifted

*VOLUME: total number of work reps
performed.
