Proud doesn’t even begin to describe it.

This past Saturday, our Barbelt Karate team competed at the West Virginia State Championships—and showed what consistent work looks like when it shows up on the mat.

Our team of 6 athletes brought home:

🥇 4 Gold Medals
🥈 4 Silver Medals
🥉 1 Bronze Medal

There’s more work to do, more growth ahead, and more to build—but moments like this matter.

We’re proud of the effort, the discipline, and the way this team represented Barbelt.
