Ashley has been in the fitness industry for 12 years, with experience in group fitness, personal training, and online coaching.
A lifelong mover, Ashley grew up dancing and discovered strength training through CrossFit in 2012. Since then, she’s dedicated her career to helping others live stronger, more confident lives through movement and training.
After breaking her ankle in 2020, Ashley experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to return to normal training after an injury. That experience inspired her to specialize in helping active people overcome nagging aches and pains so they can get back to doing what they love- without fear of re-injury.
Her superpower? Knowing where to look when something hurts and helping clients get out of pain for good.
Ashley recently moved to Raleigh, NC with her husband and their two doodles. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her hiking, lifting, or playing board games.
