We appreciate all the love and support our athletes receive from these wonderful women, take that energy and focus usually spent on the mat and put it towards giving your mothers the best this Sunday!

💥 HOW TO EARN POINTS:
• Practice = +5
• “Extra” Workouts = +10
• 3 Rope Climbs (after practice) = +5
• 10 Pullups (after practice) = +5
• 100 Pushups (after practice) = +10

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to our freestyle clinic this weekend. Packed room, great energy, and a lot of athletes willing to learn, compete, and grow. That’s what it’s all about.

We love giving back to the state of North Carolina that helped shape us. Wrestling has given us so much, and being able to pour that back into the next generation means everything.

Iron sharpens iron, and NC keeps getting stronger. Appreciate every coach, parent, and athlete who showed up and made it special. More to come.
