Impact makes the best custom mouthguards for strongman.
They're a big step above boil and bite. You take a mold of your teeth, send it in, and they make the custom mouthguard to fit your teeth. If you're interested, I highly recommend going to the booth at our competition and getting the mold done with them. It's much easier with some help than doing it at home for sure.

Also at their pro-shop is their Stay Stuck Tape. It's stronger and stickier than regular athletic tape you'd buy at the store. They also have Skull Smash Ammonia, and Raw Grip liquid chalk.

The competition hotel is the Raleigh Marriott City Center. It’s a top rated hotel directly in front of our competition area. Our price is $179 per night, down from $229 on the site (Thursday through Sunday). Friday weigh ins will be at the hotel, so you won’t have to go anywhere to weigh in and check in.

It’s right in front of the competition. If you get a room there, you can p**p in your own room rather than using the portapotties.

Also, I may have overestimated how many people would want to stay here, and I'm on the hook for paying for rooms if we don't hit our minimum. So if you already booked without the room rate, or if you booked in a different hotel but are open to staying here, please cancel your other room and book here!

The Strongman Corporation Southeastern Regional Championship is tentatively planned for June 18th in Raleigh, NC!

This is going to be an Arnold qualifier and an all around awesome show. This is your chance to earn an Arnold invite!

All 2022 Strongman Corporation Regional Championships are open registration - you do not need to qualify to compete.

Introducing the volunteer uniform for Lift Me I'm Irish 3 - March 19th in Raleigh NC. Hat and glasses not included.

Strongman is built on volunteers and community. Volunteering has helped me become part of something unique and rewarding, sign up to volunteer in the link in bio!

Everyone loves cardio, so how about we sprint with a sandbag, go around a cone and sprint back. But just when you think you get a break, there's a second sandbag that needs carrying. Two sandbags, 40' down, 40' back each.

We're at 99 competitors before all the events were announced. That's pretty cool.

Raleigh City Plaza is a go for Lift Me I'm Irish, March 19th.

My PowerPoint must have wooed the City Events people with its smooth transitions and high impact fonts.

That means I can get the real planning underway after engorging myself on turkey for some reason.

In the mean time, and because it's been a long time since the last event announcement, the next event will rhyme with Liking Dress...
