Our Oak City Lacrosse parents know that yelling instructions to their children from the sideline is cognitive interference. We are really proud of the sideline culture we have and the way our parents and coaches support these young athletes.

First Game Weekend is in the books! So proud of this group of athletes and coaches for the effort yesterday.

We don’t have tryouts and we don’t charge $3000 a year. Registration is open for our spring season.
