MEMORIAL DAY TOTAL BODY WORKOUT 🇺🇸💪

What an incredible way to spend Memorial Day morning!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for today’s 2-Hour Total Body Workout at LG FIT. Seeing our community come together, push through the challenge, encourage one another, and finish stronger than they started is what the LG FIT Strong Family is all about.

Today wasn’t just about exercise. It was about showing up, putting in the work, embracing the challenge, and honoring the spirit of resilience, commitment, and gratitude that Memorial Day represents.

For two hours, every squat, push, pull, carry, and rep was a reminder that we are capable of more when we work together. Different fitness levels, different goals, but one team moving forward with the same purpose.

There’s something special that happens when consistency starts turning into confidence.

Today, after completing a 12km long run with the LG FIT Run Club, Tricia found herself facing a moment she had never experienced before. With only 500 meters remaining, she became curious about what would happen if she pushed harder. Not because anyone told her to. Not because she had to. But because she wanted to discover what she was capable of.

And she took off.

What impressed me wasn’t the pace itself. It was the mindset behind it. The willingness to step outside of what felt comfortable and explore something unknown.

A few years ago, the idea of running long distances may have seemed hard, maybe even impossible. Today, those same challenges have become part of her lifestyle. Not because she is special, but because she has consistently shown up, done the work, and continued setting goals that demanded more from her.

The beautiful thing about growth is that yesterday’s impossible eventually becomes today’s normal.

Congratulations, Tricia. Today wasn’t just about the final 500 meters. It was about proving to yourself that your comfort zone is no longer a place where you stay—it’s a place you continuously expand.

HYROX Sunday at LG FIT 🔥

Today Coach Leila gave our HYROX crew more than just a workout—she gave them a real taste of what it feels like to perform under fatigue while continuing to move with purpose and efficiency.

Each station brought a new challenge, but the focus wasn’t simply on getting through the work. It was about learning how to manage effort, control breathing, maintain technique, and make smart decisions when the body starts getting tired. Those are the moments that separate simply exercising from truly preparing for HYROX.

Throughout the class, Coach Leila shared tips and strategies for each station, helping everyone understand where they can become more efficient, conserve energy, and improve their overall performance. The goal is not just to work harder, but to work smarter.

One of the biggest lessons in HYROX is learning that fatigue is part of the experience. The athletes who continue to move well, stay composed, and trust their training when tired are the ones who keep progressing.

12 Days Out.

Coach Leila is now just 12 days away from her HYROX New York Solo debut, and today’s half-race simulation was another reminder of what consistent work looks like.

From training for marathons, leading classes, coaching clients, and balancing life outside the gym, she continues to challenge herself by stepping into new arenas that demand growth. HYROX is not just about fitness—it requires strategy, endurance, strength, composure, and the willingness to stay locked in when things get uncomfortable.

Today’s simulation included 8 runs and 8 stations, covering 5.67 km in 42:20, with steady pacing and intentional ex*****on throughout. More importantly, it showed the confidence that comes from doing the work when nobody is watching.

What makes this moment special is not that she is 12 days away from race day. It’s that she is adding another chapter to a growing list of accomplishments that were once just goals written down somewhere. Marathon finisher. Coach. Leader. Inspiration to so many women. And now, soon-to-be HYROX Solo Athlete.

The fitness is there. The preparation is there. The mindset is there.

Now it’s time to trust the process, taper smart, and get ready to show what months of commitment look like on race day.

Just a few months ago, in early April, Isabella completed her last HYROX race. Since then, she didn’t simply train—she committed herself to the process.

She showed up consistently. She embraced the uncomfortable days. She improved her running. She sharpened her station work. Most importantly, she developed a deeper level of confidence in her abilities through the repetition of doing the work week after week.

Today’s HYROX simulation was a reflection of that commitment.

What stood out wasn’t just the physical performance—it was the composure, control, and confidence she carried through every run and every station. There was a rhythm to her effort that can only come from preparation. The fitness is there. The experience is there. The belief is there.

In 13 days, Isabella will step onto the HYROX New York competition floor alongside her partner, ready to showcase the next level of the athlete she has become.

The version of Isabella competing in New York is not the same athlete that raced in April. She is stronger. She is more experienced. She is more confident. Most importantly, she has earned the right to trust herself because she has honored the process every step of the way.

HYROX Partial Simulation – 15 Days Out

Today wasn’t about chasing personal records. It was about giving one of our athletes a realistic taste of what race day can feel like while continuing to sharpen the details that matter most.

With her doubles partner having completed station work yesterday, today’s focus was on learning how to manage effort, communicate, stay efficient, and keep moving forward when fatigue starts to build.

The workout:

⛷️ 1,000m SkiErg
🏃‍♀️ 500m Run
🚜 50m Sled Push (245 lbs)
🏃‍♀️ 500m Run
🪢 50m Sled Pull (245 lbs)
🏃‍♀️ 500m Run
🤸‍♀️ 80m Burpee Broad Jumps
🏃‍♀️ 500m Run

The goal pace for the runs was around 6:00/km, which is their target race pace. The focus wasn’t speed—it was learning how to settle into a rhythm, transition efficiently between stations, and understand what HYROX fatigue actually feels like.

As coaches, our job isn’t just to make athletes work hard. It’s to help them gain confidence through experience. Every station, every transition, every conversation during the workout was an opportunity to prepare for what they’ll face in New York.

15 days out.
The fitness is there. Now it’s about refining the details, building confidence, and trusting the process.
