It's incredible to see what you can learn by reaching out and interacting with the community that surrounds you. Recent research shows that talking to strangers may improve upon your happiness. Give it a try, see how much reaching out and making a connection changes the weather of your day.

Well, I've been trying to change the address and info associated with this page, however Facebook is not permitting me to do so. For those who don't know, Dharmic Justice Yoga will be hosted by Market Hall (215 Wolfe St, Raleigh) on Sundays from 1030-1130am. Come on out for yoga beginning September 10th!
