Countdown is on. AAU Karate National Championships will take place June 30 thru July 4. To prepare TBK Team will train 3 times a week, Tu and Th in regular classes, and Saturdays June 6, 13, 20, and 27, 10 AM - 11:30 AM. Satuday practices are open to any AAU Athlete who wants to tune up kobudo, kata, or kumite. Our "Road the the '26 nationals' is an AAU licensed event. No fee, open to AAU members ages 6 and up. Just show up ready to show your best.

Honored to have five Triangle's Best Karate athletes selected to the AAU USA karate team to compete at the 2026 WUKF world championship in Cluj, Romania, this July.
