Two TBK instructors in Cluj, Romania as AAU Karate national team coaches! Here’s Day -1, travel from RDU to FRankfurt and Munich and finally to a rental apartment for a night before heading to host official hotel. We met up with WUKF Official Sensei Robinson also traveling to Cluj, and Marwan one of six team members in our final flight. Cluj is a lovely mix of old and new and redevelopment. We also watched the FIFA World Cup finale with Romanians. 🇪🇸🇦🇷1-0. Congrats, Spain.

Ninja Flips is a community for boys and girls ages 3-5. We punch, run, tumble, and get back up. Introducing more tumbling this fall to go with the discipline, kicks, and laughter. Free trials on Tuesdays, classes in Tue and Thu at 4:30. DM ‘Ninja’ and we’ll schedule you a free spot.

We celebrated the Carolina Hurricanes Stanley cup win in our own style, lots of side-to-side movement, ice cream cheering, and shenanigans.

Countdown is on. AAU Karate National Championships will take place June 30 thru July 4. To prepare TBK Team will train 3 times a week, Tu and Th in regular classes, and Saturdays June 6, 13, 20, and 27, 10 AM - 11:30 AM. Satuday practices are open to any AAU Athlete who wants to tune up kobudo, kata, or kumite. Our "Road the the '26 nationals' is an AAU licensed event. No fee, open to AAU members ages 6 and up. Just show up ready to show your best.
