Lee Brothers provides a balanced blend of tradition and innovation in Taekwondo and Martial Arts, with time-honored movements, explosive kicking techniques of Olympic style sparring, and fascinating movements of Hap Ki Do. Our children’s program is truly the best in the area. The children in our After School Program, Track out and Summer Camp get great exercise in a fun, loving environment. They also learn self-defense, focus, respect, discipline, confidence, leadership, character development and more. Adults have fun getting in the best shape of their lives in our Family Tae Kwon Do Classes and our Aerobic Fitness KickBoxing program. Tae Kwon Do improves flexibility, physical fitness, stamina, and muscle tone. KickBoxing is rated by Muscle and Fitness magazine as the number one fat burner. We also offer Jujitsu classes for all levels. Lee Brothers Side Kick Foundation, an IRS approved not-for-profit organization, works closely with many charity organizations, conducts Women’s Self Defense Awareness Seminars, grants college academic scholarships and teacher grants to local hard working school teachers.

Think you’ve got the best kick in the school? Now’s your chance to prove it!

Send us your best kick photo or video, whether you’re on the mat at school or kicking it on vacation.

Students and parents can enter, so get creative, have fun, and show us what you’ve got!
