Lauren has been twirling for over 25 years and has experience competing DMA, NBTA, and USTA. In her twirling career, she won state, regional, national, and international titles an individual and member of Team USA. She was an NC State Feature Twirler during graduate school. She teaches private and group lessons in Raleigh, NC and surrounding cities.
