Advanced Wushu Seminar Completed
Though intense for both body and mind, the seminar brought us back to the heart and soul of kungfu. It was a reminder that true mastery values depth over repetition, quality over quantity. High-level wushu doesn’t mean fancy movements, it means doing basics at the highest level.

Steven Li — 20+ years of Shaolin Kung Fu & Wushu experience. Trained under a 32nd Generation Shaolin Monk and a 2008 Olympic Wushu Champion. Two-time USA Wushu Team Member. US Army Airborne Infantryman, combat veteran, and USASOC alumnus. His coaching is built on discipline, precision, and real-world excellence.
