Showing up doesn’t always feel powerful.
Some days it’s quiet.
Some days it’s messy.
Some days it’s just choosing discipline over excuses.
I’m learning that consistency doesn’t have to be loud to be effective. It just has to be faithful.
What’s 1 thing you can commit to for the remainder of the year, or in 2026?

Here’s why I love the single-arm kettlebell rows:
✨Most of your daily tasks are asymmetrical, like carrying groceries, kids, bags, laundry. Training one side at a time builds strength that transfers into every day tasks 😌💪🏾 How else are you supposed to get groceries in the house at once?!
✨Unilateral rows force your core to resist rotation. This strengthens deep stabilizers that protect your low back.
✨One side of your body is always a little weaker. Single-arm rows help correct this so you move better and lift safer.
✨Do you sit all day? Your shoulders rounding? Rows help strengthen your upper back muscles that pull shoulders back and down, ie better posture.
✨Helps improve grip strength.
