It’s never easy saying goodbye to one of our coaches. ❤️

Coaches may come and go, but the culture they help build stays with us.

One of the things that makes F45 Olde Raleigh so special isn’t just the workouts, the equipment, or the results. It’s our people!

Our coaching staff genuinely cares about each other. We support one another, push one another, laugh together, and celebrate each other’s wins. And the best part? That culture doesn’t stop with the coaches. It bleeds into our entire community.

You see it when members cheer each other on during the hardest set. You see it when someone walks through the doors for the first time and immediately feels welcomed.
You see it when friendships are made, milestones are celebrated, and people continue showing up for one another long after the workout is over.

That’s the kind of culture we’ve worked hard to create at Olde Raleigh and it’s bigger than any one coach or member.

We’re incredibly grateful for everything has brought to our community and the impact he’s had on our members. While we’re sad to see him go, we’re excited to watch what’s next for him.

People always say, “I don’t have time.”

The truth? Our coaches don’t magically have more hours in the day.

Many of them work full-time careers, coach classes before or after work, and still make time to get their own workouts in.

They do it because they know taking care of themselves makes them better at everything else. And on top of that, they love it.

No one’s schedule is perfect. We all have responsibilities, long days, and excuses we could lean on.

If our coaches can juggle full-time jobs, coach a room full of members with energy, and still prioritize their fitness… imagine what you’re capable of. Shoutout to our other awesome coaches not pictured.

Stop waiting for the perfect time. Show up anyway.

The latest edition of F45 Training Times has officially hit the press… and let’s just say some of you made the front page. 😅

No names were printed… but if the red card fits. 🤷‍♂️🚩

🚨 Reported offenses include:
🕒 Showing up after the warm-up.
🧽 Forgetting to wipe down equipment.
🏋️ Half reps with full confidence.
📱 Resting longer than you worked because “one more text.”
😴 Going through the motions like it’s a Sunday stroll.

Lucky for you, our coaches are forgiving. Show up, work hard, clean your station, and you might just make next week’s paper for the right reasons. 😉

At F45 Training Olde Raleigh, our coaching staff is more than a group of trainers. We’re a team that’s committed to showing up with energy, leading by example, encouragement, and genuine care every single day.

Culture is everything. It’s celebrating your wins, helping you through the tough days, pushing you to be your best, and making sure every person who walks through our doors feels like they belong. We’re missing more than half the coaching staff in this picture but we all practice what we preach🫶🏼

The workout may bring you in, but the coaching, community, and culture are what keep you coming back.
