Great to be here in Lausanne, Switzerland, for the inaugural Lausanne Grand Slam and Adapted Judo event! 🇨ðŸ‡ðŸ¥‹
One of the best parts of traveling the judo circuit is catching up with old friends. Great to see judo champion Varlam Liparteliani and Larisa Kiss, Head of IJF International Relations, here in Lausanne.
A lot of years, competitions, and great memories in this sport. Always good to reconnect! 👊

Congrats to Coach Alex who has a returned from the USA Veteran Judo competition! Good coaches teach. Judoka keep learning.
At El Toro Judo, our coaches don’t simply stand at the edge of the mat. They train, coach and compete—continuing to test and refine their own Judo. You can teach the fundamentals—but continuing to put your own Judo to the test brings another level of understanding to what you teach.
Keep learning. Keep competing. Keep passing it on.
