Our 5-week training program begins next week (July 21 & 22), with Tuesday and Wednesday options (5:30 - 6:30 p.m.) for ages 7 - 14.

Finley Frenzy Youth Triathlon Each year, the YMCA of the Triangle introduces more than 200 kids ages 7 – 14 to the excitement of triathlon racing. Scheduled for Aug. 23, 2026, the Finley Frenzy is a late‑summer youth triathlon designed to be fun, supportive and age‑appropriate for first‑time and returning athletes.

The outdoor baby pool and indoor pool are open this evening.
