Spider Strength Gym will be livestreaming Powerlifting at the 2025 Special Olympics North Carolina Summer Games, live from Carmichael Gymnasium at NC State University in Raleigh, NC!

Join us from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET on Saturday the 31st and 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM ET on Sunday June 1st as incredible athletes from across the state showcase their strength, determination, and spirit in this inspiring two-day competition.

Spider Strength will be streaming Strongman Corporation Southeast Regionals at South Carolina's Strongest Man and Woman on Saturday, free on YouTube! 174 of the top strength athletes of the Southeast will vie for their Arnold invite and their title as the Strongest of the Southeast.

Strongman Nationals is this weekend, in Erie, PA! Spider Strength Gym is providing much of the equipment, warm up equipment, etc. So we might be a little bare in terms of strongman equipment for the week.

We're having a free strongman Sunday at on Sunday, 2/27 at 2pm!

We'll have the Viking press setup that we'll be using at (and at the Arnold Pro Strongwoman competition on the Rogue Stage), as well as all the other Lift Me I'm Irish events. We have a pair of the soon to be announced custom Farmers handles as well.

It's open to everyone, you don't need to be a member or even be signed up for the show.

Our strongman Sunday coach will be there of course, plus and I () to help.

If it's your first time at Spider, please sign a waiver in the orange folder by the door. Besides that, have at it!

We're finally reordering custom long-sleeved hooded tees. They've long been limited to our OG members who were here for the first run, but it's time to let some new folks into the Cool Kids Club. We'll be taking orders for a few other custom models as well (ladies' crop tees, crop tanks, and muscle tanks), so this is your chance to stock up on Spider Couture. No off-the-shelf styles for our Spideys. We can't have you showing up at a party in the same outfit as somebody else, after all. We'll be submitting our final order on October 13th, and we won't be stocking these styles, so your order and payment must be in by then to get one of these little beauties. These are all screen-printed with the Spider logo on the front, on the back, and you have the option to have your name and sport heat-pressed on the long sleeves.
You can pay by PayPal, Venmo, cash, or miscellaneous web payment, but we will need payment by October 13th to put your order in. We're happy to ship if you'll cover costs. If you'd like to order, shoot us a message. We'll confirm your order with you, and these should be available for pickup at Spider by the end of October. Stay stylish out there!
