I used to be the person who was always getting sick…

😞Low energy.
🥵Run down.
🤦🏻‍♀️Missing workouts.
🙅🏻‍♀️Canceling plans.

& I thought it was just “normal”
Until I decided it wasn’t and I didn’t need to live like that.

Now… I can genuinely say I’ve gone an entire year without getting sick.

And that’s coming from someone with a doctor-diagnosed autoimmune disease (Crohn’s)
AND who’s been told my body shouldn’t absorb nutrients properly bc of total colectomy.

So no — this isn’t coming from someone with “perfect health.” I had to take my health into my own hands and figure it out the hard way.

This daily stack has been a non-negotiable for me whenever I feel “off” —maybe it’s not trendy but it actually makes me feel GOOD again.

🤗More energy.
🔥Stronger immune system.
💃🏻And finally feeling like my body is working with me instead of against me.

I’m not saying you’ll never get sick again…
But I am saying you don’t have to feel run down all the time and just accept it.

You’re worried about the number on the scale
but you’ll willingly strap on an extra 10–20lbs and walk around all day??

Listen… weighted vests are just another trend I’m ready to see expire. Bye Felipe!

And before anyone gets defensive — I KNOW some of my clients wear them.
That’s their prerogative. They choose it.
But it’s not something I recommend… and it’s definitely not something I assign.

You don’t need to turn your daily life into a constant workout.

We lift heavy in the gym.
We train with intention.
We build strength the right way.

And outside of that?

Walking with good posture, being present in your body, and actually letting your body recover… is MORE than enough.

Strapping on extra weight all day just to “burn more” is giving the same icky energy as skipping your rest times…

🚩 unnecessary
🚩 counterproductive
🚩 and missing the whole point

Fat loss doesn’t come from doing the most.
It comes from doing the RIGHT things consistently.

I don’t care what your goal is…
who you’re trying to become…
or what you’re chasing right now…

The process is the same.

It always comes back to having a plan you can actually follow.

Trendy words like “consistency” and “discipline” get thrown around like they mean something on their own…

But they really don’t.

Consistency isn’t just showing up.
Discipline isn’t just “trying harder.”

📆It’s planning ahead.
🤗It’s being honest with yourself.
💗It’s creating something realistic… and then following through — whether you feel like it or not.

Don’t be someone who skips the part that actually makes all of that possible:

🫵🏼 Self-awareness 🫵🏼

Look at your life as it is right meow.

What does your week actually look like?
Not the ideal version — the real one.

You’ll start to notice that week after week… it’s usually the same patterns.

So where do you actually have time?
Where are you scrolling without thinking?
Where are the gaps you keep ignoring?

— Start there —

Fill those pockets with things that move you forward…
that make you feel better…
and that actually align with where you say you want to go.

That’s how consistency is built.
That’s how discipline actually happens.

🙅🏻‍♀️Not from motivation.
🙅🏻‍♀️Not from pressure.

But from a plan you’ve thought through… and decided to stick to.

If you’re skipping that part —
no wonder it feels so hard.

Stop thinking that you can do something just because you used to be able to do it…

I used to be able to do a cartwheel on a balance beam, no problem… does that mean I can do one today?!

HELL NO

So why do we constantly find ourselves saying “well I used to be able to XYZ”

No offense, but no one believes you…

I’m not saying, give up your dreams and never try to do a cartwheel on a balance beam again, but maybe take it slow and start with a cartwheel on the ground first

Take small risks in safe spaces and then gradually progress.

What’s one thing that you used to be able to do that you know for sure you cannot do if you tried it right now today?
