Everyone killed it yesterday in Laura's last lunch crew workout! We are grateful for everyone who came to these powerhouse classes and gave it their all. Laura brought out all the equipment and made sure we didn't forget her name.

We were also happy to have Adrien and Meagan from AKtivate Fitness join us for class! They've got a great gym in Cary, everyone should check out.

Let's celebrate our CORE community one last time! Join us at Lynnwood Brewing Concern (E. Whitaker Mill Rd location) from 6-8pm on Tuesday, Jan. 31. We're so grateful for everyone who walked through our doors and took a class. We can't wait to celebrate the community you built!

Hey CORE family! Our last class, appropriately titled "Greatest HIITS", will be this Saturday (1/28) from 9am-10:30am. It's gonna be a banger and we want to see you there to send us off in style! JoJo, Laura, and KB will have one killer workout lined up for y'all so that you'll always remember us. ;) Hurry up and sign up before the spots run out - we're filling up fast!

We'll be sad to not have Jill with us, but she'll be cheering her daughter on at a track meet on Saturday. We'll be cheering Jane Gray on from CORE!

CALL FOR HELP: After the workout, if folks are able to hang behind and help us move some of the equipment out of the building, we'd love your help! If you can't help on Saturday, connect with JoJo and let him know if you can another day.

Come stop by CORE to check out the remaining workout clothes we have left. We've got brands from Adidas, Nike, and more. Most of the sizes left are XS, S, but there are a few great items left in other sizes as well.

This is hard to post because of how much the CORE community means to us. CORE will be closing our doors on January 31, but we hope you'll be able to join us for the rest of the month in class! We'd love to be able to see all of you in person, get some good workouts in, and let you know how much we love you. We couldn't have done all of this without your support and we are forever grateful for that.

I asked each of our trainers to say a few words as well because THEY ARE CORE! We would never have been able to make it this far without Jill, Laura, Katie, and Ayana. I am grateful for all of their hard work and cherish their friendships.
