🏆 MVP ANNOUNCEMENT: Andrea Steiner!🏆

This month’s MVP goes to someone who consistently shows up, works hard, and brings incredible energy to our community.

As Coach Tom said:

“From the moment Andrea walked into the gym, she has been a relentless embodiment of TSF’s core values. A mainstay in the 6pm class, Andrea brings her signature work ethic and positive energy to every training session and gym event. Constantly pursuing her next PR, Andrea has been one of the most consistent, hardest working members I have had the pleasure of working with.”

Andrea, your consistency, attitude, and willingness to put in the work do not go unnoticed. We’re lucky to have you at TSF and can’t wait to see what PR you chase down next.

Drop Andrea some love in the comments!

From aspiring pros and college athletes to high school, middle school, and elementary athletes, every stage of development matters.

Fundamental athletes are building the foundation by learning how to move, coordinate, sprint, jump, and develop confidence through the fundamentals, while having fun!

Development athletes are building athleticism, body control, learning strength movements, and developing movement skills while learning how to compete and train with intention. This is where confidence, coordination, and consistency really begin to grow.

Our advanced high school athletes are preparing for the next level, refining speed, power, strength, and resilience to perform when competition gets tougher and expectations get higher.

And for our college and aspiring pro athletes, the focus becomes maximizing performance, staying durable, and continuing to progress in a highly competitive environment where the details matter.

Every stage needs the right balance of development, progression, and competition, and we’re here for all of it.

Athletes move different… so they have to train differently.

Athletes aren’t just trying to “work out” they need to move faster, react quicker, change direction efficiently, and stay durable through long seasons. That means training should go beyond just lifting weights or getting tired.

The goal isn’t just to work hard… it’s to train with purpose.

Because better movement = better performance.

This crew brings the energy, competition, and fun every single time. We’re pumped for another awesome night with the best community around.

But the real question is… who’s taking home the belt this time: Team Joe or Team Travis?

Moments like these are earned. earned himself a national championship today. In High school, this kid would come in to train before school, worked out throughout the season and busted his ass every summer to became a state champion. Now as a Freshman in college, he is a national champ. There is no better feeling as a coach than to share in a moment like this with such an incredible athlete and human. Huge congrats to Justin and the entire Conly family.

More games doesn’t always mean more development.

A lot of young athletes are busy year-round… but still frustrated that they aren’t getting faster, stronger, or more confident.

Here’s why 👇

Sport practice teaches sport skills.
Training builds the athlete.

At some point, athletes need to work on:

-Speed & mechanics
-Strength & power
-Coordination & body control
-Injury prevention

You can’t expect a faster first step, more explosiveness, or better movement patterns if you never train them.

The best athletes don’t just play their sport, they train to become better athletes.

And no, this doesn’t mean training 6 days a week.

It means having intent, consistency, and doing the right things over time.

The foundation starts young.

Make it fun. Master the basics. Learn to compete.

Athletes are built over time.

Getting faster and more athletic day by day.
