N. Raleigh Elite Lacrosse

Raleigh Elite Lacrosse (RE LAX) is for Triangle area families who want a fun, positive, well-led youth sports experience for their family. Raleigh Elite coaches are all US Lacrosse certified and many have travel level and college lacrosse coaching experience. They know the game of lacrosse and know how to coach and train young players.

Raleigh Elite Lax is for parents who want their athletes to play with other players who are at roughly the same skill level. At Raleigh Elite we place players on teams based on age and lacrosse experience, not based on what high school they might attend in 6-9 years.

At Raleigh Elite, players are placed on teams with their skill peers. This ensures that the coaches run training drills for your son's skill level. Multiple studies show that players develop skills much faster when training with their peers.

At Raleigh Elite Lax, all our lacrosse coaches are US Lacrosse certified. No exceptions. All of our head lacrosse coaches have precious playing or coaching experience, no exceptions. Research shows certified, trained coaches give kids a more positive experience and kids have more fun. They stay involved in sports longer and enjoy it more.

At Raleigh Elite, we have a copyrighted practice plan for youth lacrosse that all our coaches use as the basis for developing the young athletes on their team. It is based on the newest research into youth athletic development. Coaches don't have to make up a plan as they drive in traffic to the field.

At Raleigh Elite, your son will compete against some of the better youth lacrosse programs in the region. We have scheduled games with YLS, F-V Goblins, NCLA, RDU Lacrosse and others in our region.
We also plan to play at least one mini tournament against teams in the Greensboro/Triad area.

This season we are offering up to two teams each at the Grade 3-4 and Grade 5-6 levels and begin a list of Grade 1-2 players who are interested in playing also. If we have enough interest to form a grade 1-2 team, we will offer that.

Raleigh Elite Lacrosse is committed to providing a youth lacrosse playing experience that focuses on youth athlete development for grades 1-6. Our coaching staff are all US Lacrosse Level 1 certified coaches or higher, our program groups players by age and skill, regardless of what school they attend or what neighborhood they live in. Our focus is to use lacrosse to teach life lessons of hard work, perseverance, resilience, teamwork, selflessness and creativity.
