Yes, that's me with all the jiggliness and glory! I usually draw myself a little bit thinner because it's easier on my ego, but thought it's time to own it!
This drawing is from a conversation I had with my family few days ago. We are still mesmerized by the power and magic my pudge belly flap could hold, and the strength of love that can physically transform one's body.
Most of the time I feel good about myself (okay, I just don't have time to think about myself), but if you are like me, it's easy to get sucked into a downward spiral. (Like when I realize how fast my child is growing. Wait... does that mean I'm getting old as fast? What? Today is Monday? Yes... it is.)
So to all the mamas out there, whatever shape you are in, (and the dads too - with lingering sympathy bump) please remember the beauty transcends from how much love you have for each other. I love you all! 💛💛💛
