This is my friend, Deborah, who is one week into the very same program that I am doing right now except that she is four days ahead of me! 👍 She is making the shift with healthy eating and 25 mins of exercise and I can already tell a difference! Doesn't she look amazing?? 😀

Have you ever had curried cauliflower?? I promise, it is absolutely delicious and so simple to make!

Per 1/2 head cauliflower, mix 1 tbsp olive oil with 1 teaspoon curry powder and drizzle over cauliflower. Roast in oven for 30 mins at 400 degrees. Yum!

Brooke (who is a little picky at times) actually said "This cauliflower is really good, Mom!" Brandon, who is like Mikey and basically eats anything, also enjoyed it. Bella, the 5yo, asked for a second piece and Yes, even the hubby ate it too! Win-win for Mom tonight! 👊😀

First day of the new program in the books!! This program is pretty cool because it ramps up the intensity of the workouts with each passing week. My workout today was only 25 minutes long....mostly athletic drills, 1 minute each! But trust me...25 mins was still plenty long enough to challenge me BIG TIME!
