Our 6-Week Beginners Yoga Series is designed to help you build a strong foundation in a welcoming, supportive environment 🤍
You'll learn:
✨ Fundamental yoga poses
✨ Breathing techniques
✨ Relaxation practices
✨ Modifications to support your unique body
This series is taught progressively, helping you build confidence, strength, flexibility, and comfort on your mat week by week.
And the best part? You don't need to be flexible, calm, or "good at yoga" to begin.

✨ Meet Amelia ✨
We’re so happy to welcome Amelia Harding to the Bliss teaching community!
🤍Amelia first came to yoga through simple curiosity, but what keeps bringing her back is the way the practice helps her feel recharged physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually
🌿Her teaching style is thoughtful, supportive, and rooted in kindness. Students can expect classes that encourage them to meet themselves exactly where they are, embracing both strengths and challenges with curiosity and compassion. Amelia also loves building sequences gradually, helping students notice how they expand and grow throughout class
