Saturday Morning 10K / 5K Challenge. It was a challenge, very hilly course but it did it.

72 years old in a couple of weeks. Sarah killed her workout today. You are never to lift weights.

Our daughter Jalah Joseph is graduating college with honors.
Doctor’s told us 22 years ago that she was going to be slow, she was going to have a difficult time because she was born Premature, 3 lbs 7 ounces.
Look at her now smart, strong young woman.

Happy Birthday to me! I ran 6.1 miles on my 61 birthday.
