In Taekwondo, it is said that you are not truly a Master until you guide another student from the very beginning of their journey all the way to their Black Belt.
This is Allie. I was Allie's first Instructor many years ago when she was a four-year old Tiger Tot and I generally regard her as my first student. I am honored to have been a part (with others) of her entire martial arts journey where she was able to achieve her Third Degree Black Belt before taking a break from training to attend college. She returned this summer to assist her old Instructor (me) with some summer camp classes.
I am very happy to have been there from the beginning and extremely proud of all you have accomplished. Thank you Allie.
