You don’t stop, because the business doesn’t.
At the bedside, I learned that people carry stress in their body long before they can name it. Tight shoulders. A trigger point nobody knew was there. That’s the eye I’m bringing into this room on September 17.
What to expect:
1. How to spot the early warning signs of burnout before they cost you money, clients, or health.
2. A simple daily practice to protect your energy while running a business.
3. A three-question check to run before any high-stakes business decision.
Thursday, September 17
1:00 – 2:30 PM
The Wright Village · Raleigh, NC
One-hour presentation, 30 minutes for your questions. Limited seats.

Four days after the workshop, she texted me.
She’d been intentional about her protein all week — and she said what made it stick was applying what already works in your strong areas to your weaker ones.
You already do something well. The discipline is there. It’s just pointed somewhere else.
We’re building a nurse-led wellness center, and this is how it starts.
Next one: Wednesday, September 17 at 1:00 PM, Wright Village in Raleigh.
Follow along as we build. 🤍

One hour to reset.
We grounded. We looked honestly at what stress is quietly costing us. And we left with something simple enough to actually use.
Thank you for your support, your connection, and your presence at Lily Eden’s first workshop. I look forward to hosting you all again.
🌿thank you Bee Bloomin' Florist for the lavender & eucalyptus
Follow along our journey. 🤍

You’ve packed everyone else’s backpack.
The lists, the schedules, the dorm sheets. Somebody should be getting you ready too.
August 21. One hour. For the ones who hold it all together — whether you’re packing a backpack, moving someone into a dorm, or just bracing for everyone else’s fall.

I didn’t learn this from a wellness book. I learned it at bedsides, on the clock, from people with nothing left to perform. Every one of them named ordinary hours. The porch. The drive. The Saturday nobody needed anything.
It’s the reason I’m building Lily Eden — a place where being fully present isn’t something you schedule after everything else gets done. It’s also what I bring to the coaching and the workshops I teach: a simple practice, walked through together.
Start with one slow morning this week. That’s the whole practice.
