this is sick. sorry for the radio silence. i think we’ll be doing some plogs in raleigh after july 4, now that things have started to settle down, relatively speaking.
A dog saw his owner picking up trash and then went and brought him a discarded plastic bottle, earning him a treat. Next thing he knew, his dog was cleaning up the whole neighborhood.

hey guys. so obviously there won’t be any more formal plogging jaunts this semester but it was a lot of fun to plog this year. we have collected 254 bags of trash and many strange objects. there are many areas on and off campus that look a lot better thanks to you. here’s a pic of an OG plogger on what could be a very cool plogging shirt, as well as our friend max, who helped collect trash on his short run outside his apt complex. thank you all and continue to pick up trash whenever you can, whether you’re running or not! @ Village Green Apartments

long time no plog friends. 8 more bags were collected yesterday along rocky branch greenway near dorothea dix, and there’s plenty more to get. Simran and I are going back at 4:30 on friday if anyone would like to join. we’re meeting at hill at 4:15 then driving over to a specific spot on the greenway. next week we’ll be back on campus cleaning up south campus.
if fridays aren’t good for you, always has some cool stuff going on. check them out if you haven’t already!
next plogging session will happen at 4:30pm on Friday starting at the entrance to Miller fields closest to Carmichael gym. its also near the bus stop on Morrill. we’ll go up Morrill and along western blvd (or avent ferry if you prefer) and do a quick sweep of dan allen and faucette roads as well. be there or be 🟦

10 bags collected today around dix park and western blvd. 2 people plogged for the first time, so that was cool. we’ll be back on campus next time, maybe starting from miller fields or wolf village. stay tuned.
