Now THAT'S how you break in a track!
We had great turnout and an awesome crowd of racers out at the SpeedLot this past weekend to help us break in the new Factory Tracks layout before the Top Notch Series race coming up on Saturday. Congrats to all the podium finishers and thanks to everyone who came out!
We hope to see everyone back for TNS on Saturday, June 6.

And last but not least in our round of catch-up posts from May RC events was our crawling night on Friday, May 8. It was a great crowd and we had a lot of fun with the poker run and car show.
Thanks to Travis Smash for helping to organize and the San Diego RC Crawlers for coming out! Let's do it again soon!

Hey racers! Sorry for the later-gram (we've been busy making the track rad), but here are the podium pics from our May 16 club race. The weather was cool and the racing was fun. All in all, an awesome day. Congrats to all the podium finishers!

We have some changes coming to the SpeedLot we wanted to share with you all.
At the beginning of the year, we decided to add a 1/10th scale off-road infield to our dirt oval track in what we hoped would bring the best of both worlds together. As it often happens with these sorts of things, it turned out to not the best for either. So, we've made the difficult decision to take a hiatus from our dirt oval program for a while to give 1/10th scale off-road a go.
We want to extend a big thank you to all of the dirt oval racers (SpeedLot RC Oval Raceway) who have come out over the last year to make left turns and share some laughs. We hope we'll see you all out at 1/10th scale off-road track and we'll let you know when we're ready for more oval!
We're also extremely grateful to Kyle Christy who's been leading the oval charge over the last year as race director, as well as the rest of the Christy clan, Dennis Christy and Riley Christy, who put in hard work to make sure the drivers have had a great place to race. Thank you for all your help and for making it fun!
We'll be launching the 1/10th scale off-road track in June! Stay tuned for pics and a date for our opening day.
