Want To Gain Velocity and Earn Division 1 Offers?

DM me “D1” where I’m going to ask you a couple questions to see if you’re a good fit for my 1:1 coaching program where my players get D1 offers!

You can’t copy Skubal’s mechanics, then expect to throw 100.

The truth is, his mechanics are specific to his body. There’s a reason he’s throwing so hard and it’s because that is how his body can naturally produce tremendous force.

A majority of pitchers couldn’t even control a leg lift that big and in return, it throws off the entire kinetic chain.

Rather than copying pitchers and seeing what makes them throw gas, take the time to focus on getting yourself better with specific drills so you can maximize your performance.

Congrats to Giancarlo Mena on his commitment to UMass Lowell.

Giancarlo started with me back in June sitting 86-88 with a ton of untapped potential.

After breaking down his mechanics and finding velocity leaks, we put together a specific plan to help attack these flaws.

Giancarlo put in the work everyday and it shows. He now sits 89-90 touching 91 and has elite offspeed to mix into his arsenal.

Huge congratulations to Devin Po***ck on his commitment to High Point!

Devin has been my athlete since May and has made some pretty impressive strides since starting up. Most admirably is his ability to conduct himself like a professional at all times and execute is routine perfectly on a daily basis.

Opportunities like these don’t come around to average players, it takes hardwork, dedication and unwavering inner belief you can accomplish your goals.

Keep up the great work Devin!

VELOCITY⛽️

At every level of elite baseball, velocity is king. It doesn’t matter how well you can pitch, if you’re lacking velocity, you’re leaving yourself short of reaching your ultimate goal of playing professional baseball.

Every pitcher at the elite levels has the ability to throw in the mid to high 90s CONSISTENTLY.

They don’t just touch the number, they sit it!

So the next time you second guess yourself that you’re velo at 85 is good where it is, think twice because you only have one career.

Cam Schlittler just showed every young pitcher what “compete” actually means.

Watch how he attacked that Red Sox lineup in the playoffs — no fear, no nibbling, going right after elite hitters in the biggest moment of his life. That’s not just talent. That’s a mentality.

Here’s what most pitchers your age miss: your stuff is only as good as your willingness to use it. A 90 mph fastball you’re scared to throw in a 2-0 count plays like 85. A nasty slider you won’t throw behind in the count doesn’t exist to a hitter. The guys who make their stuff play at the next level are the ones who compete with it — who attack instead of hoping.

You can have the best arm in your class and still get passed over if you pitch scared. Mentality is what turns good stuff into a real weapon.

Follow for more on what actually separates the guys who make it.

I was completely unrecruited out of high school. I ended up pitching at two Division 1 schools. Here’s how.

Coming out of high school, nobody was recruiting
me. No offers, no looks, no hype. If I’d listened to what that said about me, I’d have quit — most guys do.

But being unrecruited wasn’t a talent verdict. It was a readiness verdict. I wasn’t good enough yet, and “yet” is a plan problem. So I stopped chasing random drills and started developing with a real plan built around what was actually holding me back. Not more work — the right work.

That took me from unrecruited to two D1 programs. Same kid, a real plan.

DM me “D1” if you’re chasing the dream of playing high-level college baseball.
