As many of you know, Step Up Karting has decided to take a step away from our racing team program in 2024. Well, the team was extremely successful in 2022 and 2023, we are taking a wider angle view at our organization going forward.

The racing team may, in fact, return in the future.
In 2024 we are shifting our focus to creating an organization that is focused on providing resources for up and coming drivers to not only develop their skills at the karting level, but facilitating their transition into car racing, with main focus on formula car racing. Our main mission will be to help those who are interested in becoming professional race car drivers achieve that goal.

Stay tuned for much more to come.

With that in mind, we'd like to introduce you to Preston Lambert.

A highly skilled, motivated, driven, intelligent 16-year-old young man that we are extremely proud to be working with.

Preston recently signed with .motorsport to race in the Spanish Formula 4 series. He is currently testing and will be racing this weekend in the Formula 4 Winter series at Aragon in Spain.

Good Morning StepUp family,

We sincerely hope everyone had a great Holiday Season and are off to a great start for 2024.

2023 was another amazing year for the StepUp Karting Racing family!

We are extremely proud of all of our racers that came out and left it all on the track last season.

Not only were we extremely successful as far as podiums for the year but also all the drivers that came into the sport through StepUp showed extreme drive and continued to progress through the pack as the season went on.

The wonderful new SKS series went extremely well!! And especially for the StepUp Karting Racing Team!

We had Championships in 4 of the 5 classes we competed in and a 2 place in the 5th class!! With StepUp drivers

We are So Proud of this accomplishment, and of Donald Durban Jr. for putting together and running a first-class operation and series. Thanks Donald!!

2024 is going to be an exciting year for both Bruce and Sandro.

Bruce deeply involved in the growth of his incredible opportunity with Cal Preserving, and Sandro is applying his energy and talents with a new opportunity in the sales world.

Both Sandro and Bruce feel that in order to position themselves best to succeed in these endeavors they need to apply 100% of their business prowess.

For this reason we wanted to let everyone know that we will be taking a break from running our race team during the upcoming 2024 karting season.

Bruce plans to compete in as many Prairie City Events as possible this year and he’s hoping Sandro (and other family members) will be able to join him for a nuclear family focused season.

We understand that it might be difficult to find assistance for the upcoming season for some of the StepUp Family.

From our point of view there are two options.

There are a few teams that will continue running, as well as the return Cambrian karting.

With the knowledge you have acquired over the past few seasons we do believe you all are well prepared for the transition to the traditional lad(y) and dad/mom style karting.

In some ways we believe this might be a great thing for the sport of 4 stroke karting.

We understand this may necessitate a change in plans for your seasons.

Please let us know if you would like assistance finding a new team as we are willing to help, but we do know many teams are filling up fast.

Having said all of this Bruce and Sandro are not going away and are more than happy to help anyone who wants it.

No doubt the end of day BBQ/ Mixer will happen at the StepUp container and we very much look forward to continuing that tradition..!!

StepUp Karting is going Nationwide! We currently has two drivers representing us in Houston Texas this weekend for IKF Grandnationals. Zachary Sanborn is racing in the 206 Masters class and Colby Romero Racing is racing 206 Seniors and Ka100 seniors. For the 206 classes, both are racing with our new LGK Racing Kart 4 stroke chasis! We are very proud of both of them and are excited to start our new journey into competing on the national level. If you are interested in racing with us feel free to send us a message. If you want to follow there progress this weekend you can check race hero and will be able to see live updates of the main event tomorrow!

Preston Lambert Racing is an extremely talented, motivated, driven race driver. Step Up Karting is very proud to be a little part of his move up the ladder, as well as his input for us, our team and our drivers. Looking forward to more in the future!! Hey everybody, our great friend Preston Lambert Racing is competing in the FIA karting world championships starting this week!! Step Up Karting is extremely proud to have been a little part of supporting his efforts. We know several very motivated racers who want to make it to the next level. Preston is right at the front of that pack and working extremely hard to realize his goal. He's also a great kid with a great family! He could use as much support as possible. Let us, or him, know if you like to help. Is the only American in his class! LET'S GO Preston!!!
