NEW SCHEDULE STARTS TODAY - MONDAY 6/22
The new and improved schedule adds:
- BJJ Basics twice a week: great for people new to BJJ or those just wanting to work on their basics
- Women’s BJJ on Fridays: open to all affiliates, come and be part of and celebrate the women’s bjj community weekly!
- More kickboxing: Now two@nights a week and a third class on Saturday!
