The students had spent weeks creating a large art project for their school hallway.
Everyone contributed something different.
Some painted.
Some created the lettering.
Others worked on the smaller details.
Then, on the morning the project was supposed to be displayed, they discovered that part of it had been damaged.
Everyone was frustrated.
But instead of giving up or waiting for someone else to fix it, ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธโt๐ผ๐ด๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ.
One student gathered the paint. Another found brushes. Someone sketched the damaged section.
One held the ladder while another painted. Someone mixed colors. Others stepped back to see the bigger picture and offered suggestions.
No single student could have fixed everything alone.
By lunchtime, the project was repaired.
And when they stepped back, they realized something surprising:

Throughout the year, they've learned that Consistency helps us keep showing up. ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ helps us recover when things go wrong. ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ helps us change our approach.
And now Connection teaches us what can happen when we bring those strengths together with other people.

They train together.
Challenge each other.
Encourage each other.
Celebrate together.
