Working with a big guard that can do both. Young middle schoolers that getting ready for high school soon. Very proud of how far she came along with her jump shot. This summer will be one we take her game to the next level.

Its not perfect, but it progress!! Kendra back in the lab, mastering the post game. First establishing position, showing targets hand, and the art of footwork down low. Yes there might be a couple travels. But I’m very proud of how well she is starting to move her feet and jumping on her shot!!! She only a 7th grade right now, just imagine what type of player she will become in High School if she stay consistent on her development. A BEAST!!!

Dean a gym rat. His work ethic and dedication to the game, let me know he training to be the best. We focused on shifting your weight on the crossover and changing pace to get to the rim. In this short clip, we talk about absorbing that contact and take that extra dribble to create the power and balance to finished through the contact. Great job .wp

Making huge stride each week!!! Today we work on the hesi crossover and watch the foot exchange to attack downhill into the one two step pull up!!! Teaching change of speed and direction so you can become harder to guard. Keep watching progression on her Hesi series. Really proud of how far her jumper coming along. Consistency equal results. 🔑
