Our new 5-axis trunnion arrived today! We will be able to make multi-axis cuts on parts now.. Very excited about the upgrade!

After waiting for the last two months for our machine to arrive, our new CNC CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) is finally here and being installed! The machine is completely computer controlled (CMM) and will 100% inspect our parts before shipping out to SpaceX. All I have to do now is get a couple of days of training and we will be up and running!
Cutting an interesting part on the abrasive waterjet. This is a bonded stack of four inch thick glass and titanium! The machine is cutting with a 90,000 PSI stream of water and garnet.

Christmas in September! I love it when new equipment is un-boxed! This is our new Sodick EDM High-speed hole drilling machine! It will help us make parts to go into outer space on SpaceX rockets!
