Dear AFTKD Families,
We hope that this message finds you well and you're staying safe during these unprecedented times. This notice is to well overdue and we apologize for any inconvenience that delay has caused. Fortunately, Master O'Brien was able to get his surgery on his stomach during this COVID-19 situation and has been recovering. During his recovery time, he has been creating a new program to battle through this new virtual teaching environment that we have been faced with. By June 1st, the expectation is to launch “a get ready to come back to school” program. This program will include videos with curriculum review (both forms and one steps), ideas for getting yourself back in shape, fun games, and much more. The intention of this program is to get everyone aligned and ramped up, so when the stay in place orders are lifted for the studio doors to open again, everyone will be ready to go. By that time, Master O'Brien will be cleared to be back in the school.
We understand that these are difficult times for everyone and that this new style of learning martial arts is not ideal for anyone. We want to assure you that we do not plan on overwhelming you or adding any stress to your distance learning responsibilities. The expectation is to help get the students up and moving, be physical, and to get back in shape during this time. This is also an opportune time to get other people in your house moving as well and to get some extra family time in... a family that kicks together, sticks together!
Again, we sincerely apologize for the delays in communication and hope that you are all staying safe and healthy. We look forward to getting everyone back on the mats as soon as possible, as your faces are greatly missed.

Happy Holiday's ATFTKD with the Holidays fastly approaching we will be on holiday break to spend the holidays with our families. Saturday, December 14th will be the last day AFTKD we'll be open for 2019.
We are still here today for the Holiday Party. Make sure to stop by and visit Santa, he will be here until 2pm.
We will have Belt Awards and Black Belt Extravaganza January 6th, 2020 at 6:00pm. Regular classes will resume January 7th. Remember to bring your homemade dessert to the Extravaganza (Mr. O'Brien likes chocolate😀)

What an incredible NERF Night (aka) Parents Night Out here at the Anatolia Family Taekwondo. I have to tell you the little guys and gals dominated this event it was AWESOME!!! First time in the history of PNO that the little ones out numbered the bigs. A huge thank you to all of my instructors and rising stars, for all of there help and for letting us have a little fun with them. Special thanks to a up and coming leader of leaders Ms. Monson. This is the second event this year that she has demonstrated superior leadership skills and does it with a smile on her face. (Seriously nice work)To all of my Nerf Warriors who gave a 100% effort, well played my friends, well played. Here are few of the pictures and videos from Saturday nights events.
